During art therapy activities, participants communicate through their work. This is a special type of communication, the work becomes a symbolic link between the inner and outer world. All this is done in accordance with the individual needs and possibilities of the participant. Participants in art therapy do not need to have artistic abilities or previous experience. Elżbieta Staszak conducts art classes that allow the acquisition of skills in the use of art techniques (drawing, painting, ceramics) with elements of art therapy for children, adolescents and adults.
