I graduated in psychology from the University of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw, and then addiction therapy at the two-year Addiction and Co-Addiction Treatment Study run by the Silesian Blue Cross Foundation in Brok, accredited by the State Agency for Solving Alcohol Problems and the National Bureau for Counteracting Drug Addiction. I also completed a four-year basic training at the Polish Institute of Integrative Psychotherapy in Krakow (accredited by EAP – European Association for Psychotherapy, PFP – Polish Federation of Psychotherapy and PTPIiS – Polish Society for Integrative Systemic Psychotherapy), in accordance with the recommendations of the Minister of Health. As part of the above training, I completed over 1,740 hours of training, including: theoretical training (685 hours), my own psychotherapy within a group (525 hours), clinical internship in a mental health facility (388 hours) and group supervision (143 hours). I am currently taking part in PROFI advanced supervisory training and am also in the certification process.

• integrative systemic short-term psychotherapy,
