Psychologist, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, tutor. She has several years of experience working with children and youth. In her work, she combines knowledge of cognitive-behavioral therapy, Schema Therapy, ACT Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She is also the author of several dozen publications on psychology for parents, educators and teachers, has expert appearances on radio and television, and numerous webinars.

Certified psychotherapist (certificate 375), member of the Polish Society of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw, specializations: Psychotherapy and Educational Psychology, as well as a two-year Study of Sociotherapy and Psychological Assistance, a two-year course in Basics of Professional Psychological Assistance at the Psychoeducation Laboratory, a Study of Motivational Dialogue. She is a graduate of a four-year School of Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapy CBT. She completed a two-year internship at the Youth Center for Prevention and Psychotherapy MOP and the Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę Foundation. Since graduation, she has been constantly improving her skills – she has several thousand hours of training behind her. She works in one of the renowned Warsaw high schools.

Conducts individual therapy, counseling for parents, workshops to improve parenting skills, and lectures. 

She provides individual psychotherapy to people with:

  • mood disorders;
  • those experiencing severe stress (in the event of a divorce, moving house, changing school or starting education);
  •  with anxiety disorders (social phobia, school phobia, separation anxiety, panic attacks)
  • abnormally developing personality and personality disorders
  • working with shy children and teenagers who lack self-confidence, experience difficulties in peer relationships or experience peer violence;
  •  therapeutic work with children and young people refusing to go to school, experiencing severe stress at school or in pre-examination situations;
  • searching, together with young people, for motivation to learn, supporting them in planning activities, teaching effective methods of learning and concentration.

Working with parents:

  • wanting to improve their difficulties in relationships with children, having behavioral problems, looking for solutions, tired of constantly giving unfulfilled orders or ineffectively setting boundaries;
  •  support for women who feel sadness, helplessness and fear after childbirth.
